BCNET Board Evaluation and Membership Governance

Implemented and analyzed a survey of Board members and produced an evaluation of the Board as a whole and its Members, including recommendations for addressing current weaknesses and deficiencies. gF was also hired to conduct a review the Board membership policy, formulate options and recommend refinements.
