Noha Sedky, Associate


Noha is a planner and researcher with a focus in housing, social planning, and community development. She holds a Masters in Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She brings to clients a background and understanding in program development, needs assessment, research, policy analysis, and experience in group facilitation and survey development.

Noha has played a lead role in a variety of research and planning projects. Some recent examples include an employee housing project for the Whistler workforce, a housing and residential lands policy review for the District of Maple Ridge, and a review of community facilities in the Victoria-Fraserview/ Killarney neighbourhood of South Vancouver. Noha has worked or traveled in 14 countries around the world and speaks English, Arabic, French, and basic Urdu.
